The challenge of WP9 is to manage the ambitious and innovative work to be carried out in the NHYTE project towards the on-time achievement of the expected project’s objectives. Activities of this WP will secure:
- the prompt initiation and smooth running of the project,
- the within time and budget production of all deliverables and milestones,
- the successful achievements of all targeted goals,
- meetings organization
- the handling of all contractual and financial issues.
The researchers from NOVOTECH involved in this project have huge experience in research and educational projects. Therefore, they will bring their significant expertise into the project in order to ensure smooth and productive work.
